How are initial service quotes determined for our pool?
We establish a fixed quotation based on pool volume, indoor or outdoor configuration, sanitiser type, and current water clarity. Prior to starting any physical work, the technician reviews the plant room on site to confirm the written figure. There are no sudden surcharges.
What payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?
Payment is requested exclusively upon the successful completion of the scheduled service visit. We accept direct electronic bank transfer against our written invoice or cash settlement handed directly to the lead technician. We do not use debit or credit card processors.
What happens if our water balance or clarity deteriorates shortly after a visit?
Under our thirty-day service guarantee, if your pool water loses clarity or chemistry drifts outside optimal British leisure standards within thirty days of a scheduled balancing visit, we dispatch our technician for a corrective diagnostic inspection without additional callout fees.
What is your appointment cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Visits may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty provided notice reaches our dispatch desk prior to 15:30 on the working day preceding your appointment. Cancellations made after this cutoff point may incur a standard route allocation charge.
