How prices are set

Final fees are established following a telephone consultation or on-site visual survey. Our written quotes specify the hourly or flat labour rate alongside unit costs for chemical treatments.

Payment methods

Settlement is accepted in cash upon completion of the visit or by electronic bank transfer against invoice. This platform does not process or retain card payment information.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued electronically immediately upon completion of the visit. Terms are seven calendar days from date of issue, with settlement required via direct bank transfer or collected in cash by our visiting engineer.

Deposits and materials

A deposit of twenty-five per cent is requested solely for major capital plant replacements, such as commercial filter vessel renewals or new heat pump installations, before goods are ordered.

Late payment

Invoices unpaid after fourteen calendar days incur a simple statutory interest fee of eight per cent per annum calculated on a daily basis until settled in full.
