Cancellation window
Notify us by phone or written email at least 24 hours before the appointment and no charges apply. Cancellations after that threshold may incur the documented cost of materials already procured specifically for your pool.

Rescheduling
Date adjustments carry no administrative fee. We suggest the closest alternative appointment window within one business day.

Conditions governing financial reimbursement
A refund is due in full when we cancel, when we cannot deliver the agreed scope, or when the result does not match the quote and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
- No call-out fee is incurred if an appointment is postponed or cancelled at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled arrival window.
- Cancellations made within twenty-four hours of an agreed appointment may be subject to a flat administrative fee of forty pounds.
- Prepayments made for unstarted seasonal opening packages are refunded in full upon five working days notice prior to the reserved slot.
- Once chemicals have been dispensed into pool water or media replaced within a plant vessel, those consumed materials are entirely non-refundable.

- Where applicable, receive written confirmation of your account balance adjustment

Timeline
Approved refunds for prepaid services are returned by bank transfer within five business days to your nominated account.
